An Enrolled Agent is the sole representative for taxpayers who receives that right from the U.S. Government. (Attorneys and CPAs are licensed by the states.) As an EA licensed to represent taxpayers in all 50 states, I represent taxpayers before the Audit Division, Appeals Process, Collection Process and the Criminal Division of the IRS, all the way to Tax Court. Therefore, I deal with the IRS so you don’t have to!
